Following authentic pit barbecue techniques, our fresh, quality meats are seasoned with our special dry rub and cooked low and slow for up to 12 hours every day. Next they’re hand cut and trimmed or pulled to give you the leanest brisket, most flavorful pork, and meatiest ribs around. We serve it all with our special recipe bar-b-que sauce that’s as good as it can get.
